Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
All personalised products sold by Sick Binder are made to order using the artwork, design choices and personalisation details supplied or approved by the customer.
Because personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund simply because you change your mind.
Once printing, engraving or other personalisation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
It is your responsibility to check your uploaded artwork, selected artwork style, positioning, size, rotation, spelling and any other personalisation details before placing your order. We will manufacture the product using the artwork and information submitted through our personaliser.
Product Preview
The personaliser preview is provided as a visual guide to help you check the size, position and rotation of your artwork and to give you a general indication of how the finished product may look. It is not an exact proof or guarantee of the final appearance.
For Full Art Print, the finished product should generally be very close to the on-screen preview, although small differences in colour, scale, positioning and appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing tolerances and the materials used.
For Engraved designs, the finished appearance may vary more noticeably from the preview. Engraving is affected by the artwork itself, the binder material, surface finish and the engraving process. Fine details, shading, line weight, contrast and tonal areas may therefore reproduce differently from the digital preview.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that the preview is an approximation and that reasonable differences between the on-screen preview and the finished personalised product are not, by themselves, considered a fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or has been produced incorrectly by us.
Colours and appearance displayed on screens may vary slightly from the finished printed or engraved product due to differences in displays, materials and production processes. Reasonable production variations are not considered faults.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error when producing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with the issue in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
